We regularly hire for customer support (voice and non-voice), back-office operations, quality analysis, team leadership, and data processing roles. We also recruit for support functions like HR, training, and IT as we expand.




Yes. SKentra operates in both domestic and international BPO sectors, including markets in Australia, the USA, the UK, and India. 


Not always. We welcome freshers for entry-level roles, especially in voice and data support. For senior roles, prior BPO or relevant experience is preferred. 


Our recruitment process typically includes an initial screening, assessment (voice, typing, or aptitude), and a final HR or operations interview. Results are usually shared within 3–5 business days. 


Yes. We offer structured training programs for all new joiners to ensure they understand our systems, client requirements, and quality standards.
